Update documentation on updating Qubes OS 
- Warn against using direct commands (in part due to
  QubesOS/qubes-issues#6275).
- Remove duplicate content from dom0 and domU pages. Link to main update
  page instead.
- Add information on command-line equivalents to the Qubes Update tool,
  since many Qubes users prefer to run updates via the command-line.

Add single line cmd to set gui-videoram-min 
A bash pipe from xrandr to get total virtual screen pixels.
This will work with multiple displays and rotated display that will extend vertically the video memory usage by alot.

Add lang + ref tags to frontmatter 
Those are fields used by the language switcher to correlate pages across
different languages, even if they have different names/paths/titles.
They are generated with the prepare_for_translation.py script.

Move "Managing AppVM Shortcuts" to Troubleshooting 
As mentioned in #1071, this page is really about troubleshooting.
Reading this page normally shouldn't be required, so it doesn't
really belong under "Common Tasks."

The only exception to this would be non-Linux VMs for which a
manual sync is required. That's one argument in favor of moving
this under "Advanced Configuration" rather than "Troubleshooting,"
but at least half of this page is undeniably about troubleshooting.

There's also a "behind the scenes" section at the end that belongs
in the Developer Documentation.

Add screenshot and link to troubleshooting 
Also capitalize the "S" in "Qube Settings". Unfortunately, this is
somewhat inconsistent between the Qube Manager and the Qubes Domains
widget. Hopefully, capitalizing both words makes it clear that this
is also the title of something, rather than the commonplace but
erroneous capitalization of the term "qube" to refer to a VM.
See QubesOS/qubes-issues#4723.

This is a follow-up to #1071.

VMs whose backup size exceeds 100 GiB have more than a thousand chunks,
i.e. private.img.999 is succeeded by private.img.1000 and so on. Ensure

Some users like to change the default security slider for Tor Browser to Disposable Whonix-WS qubes,

Now that we have a user forum in addition to qubes-users, it makes more
sense to link to /support/ than to link directly to qubes-users (or to
the forum, for that matter). This layer of redirection means allows us

Make template upgrade documentation user-friendly 
Upgrading TemplateVM's by installing a new TemplateVM, then redo changes is way more user friendly, and technically there are benefits too. This option is currently behind a link at the bottom of this page , but it should be at the top. 

- User friendlyness: The commands involved are less in number, less error prone, and far less complex.
- The technical benefit is that you are getting a fresh OS, which can not have issues that are possibly inherited from older versions. The fact that this is possible without reinstalling your laptop is actually one of the benefits of Qubes.
- Of course there are users who are lacking diskspace or who are on a slow or metered internet connection. They can still use the other method.

I want to explicitly include the part 'There is currently ... dependencies.' (line 33). Installing extra packages is the main thing users do in a TemplateVM, so including this saves users time from searching for such a method themselves, and it will prompt somebody who in fact does know a way to report this, because it would be a great addition. To be clear, a list of packages to be installed, should not include dependencies, because when the user manually installs packages formerly installed as dependencies, the packagemanager will not remove them automatically anymore when they are no longer needed.

My addition deviates a little bit from the succinct and technical style of the rest of the page, but given that upgrading templates is a frequent operation in Qubes that no user can avoid, I think this is fair.

make config file example more accurate 
please confirm my changes are correct. 

if we are showing an example of applying some configuration values (like ... `= true`), then it should be not be commented out, to make clear this is what the user needs to do to apply a configuration.

also if the default of audio_low_latency is true, then (and in my dom0 it is the case) that it should be by default set to `true` not `false`. also updated the language to reflect what the `guid.conf` looks like by default.

Due to changes documented in https://github.com/QubesOS/qubes-issues/issues/4544 , we can now use the (safer) qvm-console-dispvm instead of a raw xl console.

Update "installing kernel in Debian VM"

Going a bit further, and removing the previous instructions:

sudo mkdir -p /boot/grub
sudo apt install --no-install-recommends linux-image-amd64 linux-headers-amd64 grub2-common qubes-kernel-vm-support
sudo update-grub
~~~

The directory "/boot/grub/" already exist on the "Debian Template", and will be created by "grub2" if it doesn't exist (like for the "Debian Minimal Template"). 

Tested the modification on a qube based on Debian Template, and on a qube based on Debian Minimal Template. Both seems to work correctly.
