Remove extra newlines at the beginning/end of files 
Those are redundant, and yaml parser strips them in fact. By removing
them, loading and saving yaml file without any change indeed produce the
same output. This is useful for prepare_for_translation.py script (which
adds lang and ref tags) - to produce only change that indeed was made.

Rename "awesome" to "AwesomeWM"; update image, links 
Based on examining the AwesomeWM project's web presences and Wikipedia
entry, there does not appear to be a single consistent name by which the
project refers to its window manager. All three of these variations are
used: "awesome", "Awesome", and "AwesomeWM". In order to avoid ambiguity
with the regular English word, we're opting for "AwesomeWM" in our own
documentation.

This commit also reverts the change to the widget image, since that
change was not necessary (see #1161).

Finally, this commit adds links to the KDE, i3, and AwesomeWM pages.

- Remove duplicate content from dom0 and domU pages. Link to main update
  page instead.

A bash pipe from xrandr to get total virtual screen pixels.
This will work with multiple displays and rotated display that will extend vertically the video memory usage by alot.

Add lang + ref tags to frontmatter 
Those are fields used by the language switcher to correlate pages across
different languages, even if they have different names/paths/titles.
They are generated with the prepare_for_translation.py script.

Move "Managing AppVM Shortcuts" to Troubleshooting 
As mentioned in #1071, this page is really about troubleshooting.
Reading this page normally shouldn't be required, so it doesn't
really belong under "Common Tasks."

The only exception to this would be non-Linux VMs for which a
manual sync is required. That's one argument in favor of moving
this under "Advanced Configuration" rather than "Troubleshooting,"
but at least half of this page is undeniably about troubleshooting.

There's also a "behind the scenes" section at the end that belongs
in the Developer Documentation.

Add screenshot and link to troubleshooting 
Also capitalize the "S" in "Qube Settings". Unfortunately, this is
somewhat inconsistent between the Qube Manager and the Qubes Domains
widget. Hopefully, capitalizing both words makes it clear that this
is also the title of something, rather than the commonplace but
erroneous capitalization of the term "qube" to refer to a VM.
See QubesOS/qubes-issues#4723.

This is a follow-up to #1071.
