these no longer apply to ESR users (ESR102 is past EOL once FF118 is out), and is only listed now for prefsCleaner for those ESR users who use the live updated version. 6052 will be removed next release

* updater.sh/prefsCleaner.sh: Check for root and abort

Check if running as root and if any files have the owner/group as root|wheel.
Abort on both.

Should (hopefully) prevent stuff like: https://github.com/arkenfox/user.js/issues/1587
