RS version is now parametrizable at compile time 
Avoid the need of dirty patching to set the version at build time
In case RS version is not passed as argument attempt to determine it
  using git describe, if unavailable use hardcoded default

8563957591 Add the ability to change OpMode in command line. 
So you can change OpMode while running via ssh to get more bandwidth.
Usage: RetroShare06 --opmode [full|noturtle|gaming|minimal]

4c9b62070f fixed --base-dir command line argument in rs-gui when running multiple instances. 
Only forward "link" and "rsfile" arguments to a running instance.
Start a new instance if other arguments are present.

10bb542e83 Allow only one instance for useLocalServer option activated. If exists, 
pass to it arguments.

For now, only allow to pass RsCollection file and retroshare://
protocol.

c0738eec7f Merging branches/v0.6-initdev into trunk. 
These split at 6672 -> 7075, so quite a bit merge.
libretroshare compiles - but untested.
retroshare-gui needs GenCertDialog.ui and IdEditDialog.ui to be properly merged. (compile errors).
some plugins will be broken.
retroshare-nogui is untested.

813a8fad34 - Moved the created GxsIdRSTreeWidgetItem from the forum fill thread to the main thread so the signal to fill the id can be processed. 
- Removed QTimer from GxsIdTreeWidgetItem and GxsIdRSTreeWidgetItem.
- Added new tick signal (every second) on Rshare to fill the id.

9279838d65 Added two internal stylesheets: 
- qss.default - This file is used as default for all stylesheets (e.g. the frames of the AvatarWidget) and can be overloaded from the selected stylesheet
- Standard.qss - The standard stylesheet for the current look of RetroShare. More internal stylesheets can be added.
The plan is to move nearly all internal stylesheets to the files Standard.qss/qss.default. After that the "empty" stylesheet should represent the system theme of the os.

now there is only one global object for loading and saving settings

RshareSettings *Settings;

the class RSettings can be used too, but it is not prefered, because the default settings has no affect
