6585cfca2c fixed compilation on debian squeeze. Removed placeHolder properties in CreateGxsForumMsg.ui and GxsGroupDialog.ui which need to be set in the cpp. Added a new DEFINE=NO_SQLCIPHER to compile without sqlcipher when sqlcipher cannot be found (no sqlcipher is available on debian squeeze).

7935c5547f * Added gxs Circle Helper Classes: GxsCircleLabel / Chooser. 
* Added Circles into generic GxsGroupDialog.
 	 - Fixed up display of circles in GxsGroupDialog, 
	 - and correctly set GroupMetaData for circles.
 * Added new Circles Window to ApplicationWindow (doesn't do much yet).

c90d0d6abd Added Identity stuff into the GUI. 
- Generic Classes:
	- GxsIdChooser: gets a list of current OwnIds for user to select AuthorId.
	- GxsIdLabel: retrieves and displays Author Information.
	- GxsIdTreeWidgetItem: retrieves and displays Author Information, in specified column.
 - Added GxsIdChooser into GxsGroupDialog & CreateGxsForumMsg.
 - Added GxsIdTreeWidgetItem into Forum Thread listings.

d27eea84da Added Generalised GxsGroupDialog 
- First pass, still much to do.
	- Handles Create / Edit and View Group Info.
	- Created ForumV2GroupDialog / WikiGroupDialog / PostedGroupDialog examples overloading it.

Various Improvements to PostedListDialog.
	- Handle Hot/New/Top options.
	- Send Period back to libretroshare too.
	- Named buttons in GUI.

Added GxsGroupDialog to Wiki / Posted & ForumsV2.

Discovered nasty bug in p3Posted. If there are no posts, its hangs at a Mutex, 
but I've no idea why. (It happens prior to this code). TODO.
