* Added gxs Circle Helper Classes: GxsCircleLabel / Chooser.

* Added Circles into generic GxsGroupDialog.
 	 - Fixed up display of circles in GxsGroupDialog, 
	 - and correctly set GroupMetaData for circles.
 * Added new Circles Window to ApplicationWindow (doesn't do much yet).
