From the end of the second world war and mostly in the cold war remote neural control networks [1] was developed.
Nowadays it is a multi layer radio frequency networks which structure is similar to Internet tier division.
It's a soap of different radio service, very complex to analyze because of a smoke curtain covering this type of networks. Why? Because in the past they was utilized by secret services and nowadays are utilized my a digital mafia that hack human brains. Manipulate masses. Change political views. Destroy families. Bet on suicides. The aristocratic cast, the Vatican, audiovisual monsters, big tech facilities and also public and private space companies "play" with this.
Something that is destroying the Europe Union and democracy. Here is a scheme from a target individual [2].

So Italy is a normal place where to find them because of the great power of the Vatican. In them life they are always utilized and next played like a game card. I am one of them.
I'm in active remote neural control from November 2017 and probably in passive from when I came to Spain. Ten years of passive and two of active with subliminal voice to skull service. I've lost all what I've done, but not my mental clearness.
This is only an horrible crime that they have done with my brain data and bet over my life.
Below the frequency of 8.3KHz frequencies are declared in all over the world as not regulated. What does it means? That is the anarchy of frequencies. Every one, without any license can transmit and receive with whatever transmission power or receiver sensibility.
Who use those frequencies? Very interesting point. People that enslave others. Control over humankind and an important part of the traffic network is done here. Here the target individual program lives. Here life of victims is interfered. By who? By military systems, like the wireless brain machine interface, create machines over humans, that are human guinea pigs. Here traffic of every kind is controlled. All the black market. Here corrupted nobles with military that pertains to the same family have created all this system that have enslaved humanity. And no one speak about.
But there is a little trick. This frequencies aren't regulated. As a radio ham I can clean this spectrum and cover the connection with them facilities. I can do it in every tower that I can build. And this is my only mission. That world know how they work. Using only corruption and a little bit of knowledge. Nothing special it's all public in patents. They are not hacker. Why peoples are enslaved here? There are options of any kinds, all are stupidities, but there is also the options that you're victim of a game from Catholic Church and the Crowns.
