Richard Kellner	961e242aaf	Added missing system requiremnt and pip upgrade before install ... When installing on CentOS7 I wans't able to follow README instructions to install due to errors. I was missing libsodium in order to compile python dependencies. Default version of Python pip is really old and therefore setuptools upgrade ended with error as well. Jimmy Cuadra	8b5dbee47e	Alter phrasing to clarify where info is stored. ... A user on #matrix:matrix.org was confused by the phrasing of the first sentence in the paragraph and couldn't tell whether it was saying that the homeserver stored the data or the clients did.
