 - Federation API: `/_matrix/federation/unstable/org.matrix.msc3030/timestamp_to_event/<roomID>?ts=<timestamp>&dir=<direction>` -> `/_matrix/federation/v1/timestamp_to_event/<roomID>?ts=<timestamp>&dir=<direction>`
