Prevented possible XSS via link attachments

This filters out potentially malicious javascript: or data: uri's coming
through to be attached to attachments.
Added tests to cover.

Thanks to Yassine ABOUKIR (@yassineaboukir on twitter) for reporting this
vulnerability.
