Rationale:
Constructing the wallet snapshot contains five dynamic parts:
- Monero balance,
- Bitcoin fee estimate (redeem)
- Bitcoin fee estimate (punish)
- New Bitcoin address (redeem)
- New Bitcoin address (punish)

If we calculate a second each we should be save.
