disable searchTerms

Browse Source 
- currently gated behind `browser.urlbar.showSearchTerms.featureGate` - which is only true in Nightly. We can fixup the FF versioning later, but lets add it now
- adding to personal (I do not see this as a privacy issue) as something desktop users and especially users of this repo do not want/need
