Ex-CIA/US Army "Agent Kewper" appears to be named Oscar Wayne Wolff, 17 SEP 1935 (or 36?) Park Rapids, MN, to 18 MAR 2015 Menahga, MN. (Thanks to @mrjeffknox for help with this candidate and @JeremyCorbell 's movie hints.) We are still verifying that it's him, but so far he's a good match. His tree is public on ancestry.com.
