<enttype='PERSON'>Hawkins</ent> will set up a maze of shell companies and dummy
organisations to disguise operations.</p>
<p><enttype='PERSON'>Hawkins</ent> previously associated with <enttype='GPE'>Kashoggi</ent> when <enttype='ORG'>Corp</ent>orate

retains his connection through his Charter <enttype='ORG'>Corp</ent>oration's holding
