The minimal template upgrade instructions still included the
`qvm-trim-template` command, which only works in R3.2. I've moved those
instructions into the R3.2 section and added new instructions using the
`fstrim` command in the R4.0 section.
I've also removed the section on differences between the standard and
minimal upgrade procedures, since the second point is no longer accurate
(e.g., `sudo` is installed by default in the minimal template on R3.2),
and the first point is not significant enough to merit keeping the
section.

* updated for fedora-26-minimal template (no-one should safely be using -25- anymore, correct?)
* removed packages installed by default
* I've never seen the minimal template weigh less than 2GB (was 300mb from a pre-3.2 version of qubes?)
* added Qubes R4.0 specific things (I've always seen sudo installed by default for the R3.2 minimal template)
Partial rewrite of the page, mainly the last Kali TemplateVM section to:
- add missing steps in TemplateVM creation (ex: trimming to optimize disk space usage)
- correct inconsistent file names across subsections, which made the instruction nonfunctional "as-it"
- match shell commands with textual instructions
- remove unused, duplicate or wrongly formatted links /references
- enhance consistency in commands and style used within the same section
- enhance consistency in commands and style with other pages (ex: Qubes' Basics and Common Tasks, Fedora 23 to Fedora 24 upgrade, etc.)
- better follow Qubes Glossary and Documentation Guidelines
- have a hierarchical succession of headers / section titles
* Missing letters
* Removed words in a sentence
* Removed a letter
* I should probably just write a script that correctly formats the placement of newlines in these documents.
Updated the wikipedia definition to reflect what's on the page (which is a more accurate definition anyways). It's a little heavy, but since the sentence has quotation marks we should be basing it on a direct quote from the article and not a paraphrase. If you want to paraphrase it because it's dense someone else can come and remove those quotation marks and write their own defintion.
While I did not modify the source, I also want to ask that we not source information from the wikipedia article itself, but rather the sources that it references in its footnotes.
Also:
* Missing a lette
* Removed unnecessary word glyphs
