Removed Seafile

Browse Source 
Due to #465 and #490, the encryption is very flawed (has been for 5 years), and they show no intent to fix this. Have moved up Muonium to replace the last slot as the provider and NextCloud for self hosted.

I also fixed the Magic Wormhole button being the wrong color.
