The method that I find works well is utilizing the Vanilla pre-paid MasterCard gift cards. You can find these cards at petrol stations, convenience stores and big box stores like Wal-Mart or Target. When buying these cards, be sure to always pay with physical currency (AKA, Cash), this avoids any kind of paper trail and keeps your OPSEC on point.
