Move Service struct def to its own module

Service struct now defined in lib/service.ex

This makes a bit more sense now that its a shared resource, rather than
just defining it only in the update.exs script.

Development

Install redis
Install elixir
Start redis: redis-server /usr/local/etc/redis.conf
Install dependencies: mix deps.get
Initialize redis contents: mix run update.exs
Run Farside: mix run --no-halt
- Uses localhost:4001
