Otto Bittner a7ceda37ea s3proxy: add intial implementation 
INSECURE!
The proxy intercepts GetObject and PutObject.
A manual deployment guide is included.
The decryption only relies on a hardcoded, static key.
Do not use with sensitive data; testing only.
