Bump pac-resolver and aws-cdk in /kubernetes/python-cdk/ts/MSK_example 
Removes [pac-resolver](https://github.com/TooTallNate/node-pac-resolver). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [aws-cdk](https://github.com/aws/aws-cdk/tree/HEAD/packages/aws-cdk). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `pac-resolver`

Updates `aws-cdk` from 1.12.0 to 1.176.0
