(removed lots of code) * Added Addr history for both Local and Ext addresses. * removed p3tunnel references in p3connmgr * fixed up mUseTunnelConnection flags (now used!) * fixed up mUseExtFinder flags (now used!) * added improved Net Status. * corrected UPNP / EXT / UDP startup.
