drbob ea8d71ee71 Fixed AuthenFlags ... ...

There were a couple of issues.
    - Setting function was wiping other flags. This is fine - if known - but not how we were using the fns.
    - Offsets were just wacky!

Added some more debugging so we can know if/why a message is not being created.
