AuthSSL / AuthGPG: Bits and pieces still need fixing up.
AuthSSL will be rechecked later ;)

 * Mutex bug in authGPG (not very serious one).
 * removed _locked() suffix from functions (as they do the locking now).
 * added dummy FailedCertificate / CheckCertificate fns to AuthSSL
 * removed last bits of awful SSL_ex_data hack.
