drbob a4f0221d89 Added in Icons to GxsIDs.
Can support:
	- "Unique" Icon based of GxsID.
	- Icon indicating PGP/Anon.
	- Icons for RecognTags.

Needs more work to Make Unique Icons look good.
and Add Icon sets.
