Tunnel Wizard -> Client Tunnel -> SOCKS 4/4a/5 -> enter a name -> leave 'Outproxies' empty -> enter port (memorize!) [you may also want to set the reachability to 127.0.0.1] -> check 'Auto Start' -> finish!
