* Corrected mLocal -> mExt in ipset.cc
  * Added pqiipset_test
  * added both Ext and Local address to GUI display.
  * p3connmgr: Ip Addresses only updated if we connected (otherwise port is wrong).
  * p3connmgr: update external address when we get it.
