drbob f7fca4295b Improvements/bugfixes to File Transfer.
* Lots more debugging messages.
 * Fixed Sleep / sleep issue on windows.
 * added pthread / WSAStartup.
 * added ownId to ftDataMultiplex for loopback file transfer.
 * now start ftDataMultiplex thread.
 * several bugfixes in ftfilecreator
