- added check for RS_NET_MODE_EXT instead of RS_NET_MODE_TRY_EXT... as trys aren't used in p3PeerMgr.
 - removed tryMode from external interface - as this data is not available anymore.
 - Removed setting this parameter in p3peers.cc
