 * peerStatus() fn signature updates.
 * changed Heartbeat fn call in p3disc (think Heartbeat should be rethought!)
 * removed p3tunnel from libretroshare (used BAD getPeer() function).
 * removed optimisations from debugging.
 * removed test cases from libretroshare.a source list.
