csoler 1c3d6e7c16 Improvements to turtle router: ... - made faster tunnels stay longer by increasing tunnel campain time. Should favor fast tunnels. - desactivated tunnel shortenning since it cannot produce consistent tunnels every time - increase cache TTL for search requests to 240 secs and tunnel requests to 120 secs.
