fix for Qt 5.11 
Quote from Arch mailing list:
- there's been a huge header cleanup in Qt modules. Expect build failures for applications that rely on transitive includes instead of declaring all required headers. Those need to be fixed upstream by explicitely adding the missing includes.

d13aa90b2b Added basic widget RSFeedWidget for showing feed items in a QTreeWidget as replacement for the QScrollArea. 
- Use sort of QTreeWidget
- Filter items
- Open/collapse selected item with +/-
- Remove selecteds item with dselete key

f1e23599da Finished most of Comment GUI side. 
- Created GxsFeedItem to subclass all potential Gxs feeds.
 - Modified GxsChannelPostItem & PostedItem to use GxsFeedItem.
 - Added Posted and Channel Items to Comment Header.
 - Added Message Title to Comment Tab.
 - Added MessageBoxes for missing signatures in various places.
 - Changed Licence from GPL to LGPL for gxs, Posted, gxschannels.
 - Deleted Old Posted Classes that are no longer needed.
 - Added Comment Up/Down/Own Vote to CommentTree.
 - Tweaked FeedHolder fns to support GXS comments.

6527aaf2d8 Recommiting from old repo:

Fixed minor bug in group creation
msg now set to unread and unprocessed on creation (added read flag in gxsflags.h also)
Got topic and post generation working 

Additional changes:

c518bd2f19 Removed references to postedVEG from GxsGroupDialog and associated classes and PostedDialog (GUI does not work now but does not crash) 
Removed V2 references: TokenQueueV2 and RsTokReqOptionsV2 are now TokenQueue and RsTokReqOptions and renamed file
Added initialisation of Posted back end service successfully
Added new msg status flags  GXS_SERV::MSG_STATUS_UNPROCESSED and ::MSG_STATUS_UNREAD
