1cb0a9dc21 Various improvements to the GUI. 
* Switched ServerPage to use netMode, rather than tryNetMode. This fixes the Network Status.
 * Added "Advanced Mode" to Settings GeneralPage.
 * Store / Set Advanced Mode via rsConfig::get/setConfigurationOptions.
 * removed %0D%0A from Linux / OSX emails - made it Windows Only.
 * updated GetStartedDialog text.
 * updated Dht and Nat Indicators to accurately reflect Network status. Roughly:
   - DHT. Off:     gray, ERROR:   red, NO RS PEERS:           yellow, GOOD: green.
   - NAT. Offline: gray, BAD NET: red, NO DHT, or FIREWALLED: yellow, GOOD: green
 * disable GetStartedDialog is AdvancedMode is set.

2a82826fba Reworked settings dialog. 
The settings page loads the data with the first show. The dialog now starts faster.
Cleaned DirectoriesPage, removed the directory list and save the data with the OK button.

fc320cf1a6 Fixed drag'n'drop of shared files from the SharedFilesDialog to the CreateChannelMsg. 
Enabled the usage of remote files.
Added some small const& to the code.

4bb4fc11e2 This intimidating patch renames libretroshare/src/rsiface/ to 
libretroshare/src/retroshare/

All the relevant headers have been modified to reflect that change.

This allows installation of libretroshare on a system, headers will
be put in $WHEREVER/retroshare/ and we keep the ability to compile
against them, be it on the system or in the SVN tree.

c3c607ec80 Small bug and compiler warning fixes: 
- gui/forums/CreateForumMsg.cpp used endl instead of std::endl
- constructor's initializer in the wrong order
- temporary variables type causing signedness warnings

fdb3673ce2 Add the tunneling connection. Warning, encryption is not implemented yet for tunnel connection, use only for testing. 
Redesign the udp connection
Remove the rsiface duplicates from retroshare-gui.
Add some randomness in timings for connect manager
