970d88200d Removed some more compiler warnings from Windows compile (GCC 4.4). 
Added -Wextra to the Windows compile.
Added new define in libbitdht for snprintf and fprintf to proper handling of "%ll" under Windows.

ce90ea4495 PluginManager: 
Fixed compile under Windows.
Removed CloseHandle of GetModuleHandle.
Added missing return when the function entry of the plugin is NULL.
Fixed checking for the extension ".dll".
