Avoid problems to serialization on different platforms, without breaking
nested STL containers serialization.
The conversion have been made with sed, and checked with grep, plus
kdiff3 visual ispection, plus rutime tests, so it should be fine.
Abstract serialization concept to pure virtaul class RsSerializable
from which every other serializable class must inherit from
Use RapidJSON for JSON manipulation
Add TO_JSON and FROM_JSON SerializeJob
Deprecate unused SerializationFormat
Remove some unused old piece of code
Adjust many lines to max 80 columns for better readability on little
screens
Clean up documentation and code, remove old cruft

- added a new class for Sha1Sum in t_GeneridIdType<>, and an additional template argument to make ids of identical size

the basic structure is here. Functions have been added to serialise both SHA1 and floats.
The router is not yet enabled since protocol is likely to change again.

Most of these changes relate to:
(1) rand() is different
(2) sleep() don't exist on Windows.
(3) networking headers are different - these need to be cleaned up in general.
(4) disabled tests that won't compile on Windows.
Will probably have to rollback some of these changes for Unix later.
