58a4d39b0f Fix handle of url in EmbedInHtmlAhref. 
The url cannot contains space. Query and hash are now handled.

10bb542e83 Allow only one instance for useLocalServer option activated. If exists, 
pass to it arguments.

For now, only allow to pass RsCollection file and retroshare://
protocol.

54f9912c32 Add whitespaces around smileys. 
Only replace smileys with an image when they are surrounded by whitespaces.
This fixes smileys in links and other text that happen to include the sequence for a smiley.

6dff335515 use notify for gxs events. Removed the previous polling based system. Now multiple clients can receive gxs changes. This also fixes the always growing changes queue in rs-nogui.
