7dbc17b2a4 Enabled distant messages. These need to be switched on the config->Messages. GUI improvements needs to be done, such as properly setting peers names everywhere, but the service works. Have fun using it!

3f86a707b7 Distant messages GUI code. Now the GUI can receive/send/decrypt distant messages. Since the protocols are not finalized, the GUI is disabled, to avoid later crashes

c331098203 Added new message flag for system messages like friend request. 
Show "RetroShare" as sender of system messages to myself.
Added new quick view in MessagesDialog to filter system messages.
Changed RetroShare link in friend request message to certificate.
Added new subject image for the system messages (defnax).
Removed not used notify in message service.
Recompile needed.

b73fd06753 added auto-split of long private messages, and re-combination of partial messages on client side. Corrects the bug causing disconnection when sendign messages of side larger than the maximum packet size.

8d5bde1b50 Added Virtual Interfaces for p3LinkMgr, p3NetMgr & p3PeerMgr. 
Shifted real functionality to p3LinkMgrIMPL, p3NetMgrIMPL p3PeerMgrIMPL
This allows us to test most objects with dummy objects (i.e. no need for full AuthSSL/AuthGPG objects)

f6f721a492 Removed p3ConnectMgr. Replaced it with p3LinkMgr, p3NetMgr and p3PeerMgr. 
Updated references in other classes.
 * Most classes need p3LinkMgr, and only use two functions: OwnId() and getOnlineList()

de87a89437 Added a name to the RsMutex class. 
You can enable the debugging of the waiting time for a lock of RsMutex in rsthreads.h with
#define RSMUTEX_DEBUG 300
That means all locks waiting longer than 300ms are logged into the stderr.

50024e3f5e Changed the message service to save the receiver of the pending outgoing messages too. 
The saved peer id's are now removed, when the message is removed.

3c65283f8f - Change methods of RsMsgs from "std::string" to "const std::string&" 
- Fixed sent messages doesn't get the flag RS_MSG_FLAGS_NEW
- Rework reply and forward message, now the replied or forwarded message gets the state and not the answer itself
- Added RsMsgParentId (with test) to save the parent of the message in draft
- Change methods of MessageComposer from "std::string" to "QString"
- Show image in the message row in MessagesDialog again
- Fixed umlauts in recommended files in MessageComposer
- Renamed tab "Live Chat" in "Group Chat"
- Fixed german translation
