These split at 6672 -> 7075, so quite a bit merge.
libretroshare compiles - but untested.
retroshare-gui needs GenCertDialog.ui and IdEditDialog.ui to be properly merged. (compile errors).
some plugins will be broken.
retroshare-nogui is untested.

- Recalculate message count of the user notify when a feed with new items is deleted.
- Set deleted message to read and !new.
- Added test feed item in notify settings.

- Don't update the connection time of the PeerItem. Only show the real connection time.
- Removed memory leak. All PeerItems are only set to invisible and wasn't deleted.
- Added button to remove all items.

Created a new notifier for new chat available - NOTIFY_LIST_CHAT. Removed the QTimer in PeersDialog and connect the signal.
Created news feed for public chat (prework of defnax, need still some gui changes)
