acfa384f7f - Added default sounds (on first start and a new button in sound settings) 
- Added new sound files
- Optimized SoundManager
- Saved relative path to sound file for portable version

135a5e579a Code maintenance for Qt 5: 
- Replaced Qt::WFlags with Qt::WindowFlags.
- Removed path "QtCore/" and "QtGui/" from the includes.
- Replaced "QString::toAscii()" with "QString::toLatin1()".

a50c899ff3 Moved help browser from MainPage to a new base class named FloatingHelpBrowser for global usage. 
Added FloatingHelpBrowser to the option window (help text not including).
The help text can be specified for the ConfigPages in the method "helpText".

5679a30e67 Improvement to plugin system: 
- made config page system more automatic, to allow addign config pages from plugins
- added (disabled) checkbox and function to allow all plugins for development
- added config page methods to RsPlugin class

3cba51abf4 Reworked SoundManager and SoundPage in the settings. 
Added new icon in the statusbar to switch off the sound.

0c46da0dd2 Changed settings to local variable, no more as pointer on all classes. 
RshareSettings settings;
settings.value(...);

It should lower memory usage and removes memory leaks.
