Added new global class for working with popularity PopularityDefs.
Changed the display of the popularity icons.
0 = icon 0
1-7 = icon 1
8-15 = icon 2
16-24 = icon 3
25-34 = icon 4
>34 = icon 5
This can be changed in PopularityDefs::icon.

Added a new base class "RSItemDelegate" for adding a spacing for the item and remove the focus rectangle of the empty text for items with only an icon.
Removed existing classes "ForumsItemDelegate" and "MessagesItemDelegate".

Added new and missing tests of the RsItems.
Added new notifier on channel changes.
Reworked fill of channels in ChannelFeed. Now the channel tree is updated and not refilled.
Show unread message count in channels tree.
Fixed memory leak in context menu.
Show a new tray icon and action icon in MainWindow, when new channel messages are available.
Recompile of the GUI needed.

libretroshare/src/retroshare/
All the relevant headers have been modified to reflect that change.
This allows installation of libretroshare on a system, headers will
be put in $WHEREVER/retroshare/ and we keep the ability to compile
against them, be it on the system or in the SVN tree.
