90c3c24412 Moved font size definitions from ui files to default qss. 
Added new base class StyledLabel to emulate the missing font-size by factor in qss.

d7e25e24e5 Remorked GUI layout a little bit: 
- made all pages have a bar with full width
- added help button to each of them (needs adding text)
- improved help system so that it's easy to register a new help button
FriendsDialog still needs some cleaning.

a07e8d889a added help system to the MainPage class. Each page can now derive its own help string and show it using a two-states help button. To try it, I have implemented it on the NewsFeed page

5c5776d486 Added window icon for the application. All windows without a parent are now showing this icon.

2122dd8351 Friends Storm: 
- Don't update the connection time of the PeerItem. Only show the real connection time.
- Removed memory leak. All PeerItems are only set to invisible and wasn't deleted.
- Added button to remove all items.

4fd3ab6123 Cleaned LinkDialog, MessengerWindow, ImHistoryBrowser, IntroPage, MainWindow, ShareManager, StartDialog and some other small dialogs and updated german translation.

 * Removed CheckBoxes at the top of NewsFeed (should be in config)
 * Enabled subscribe/unsubscribeButtons in ChannelFeed.
 * Enabled ChanNewItem and MsgItem in NewsFeeds.
 * Remove Goto Section Button from FeedItems.
 * Disabled PlayMedia button - if no attachments.
 * Enabled Drag from Search Window (with new class SearchTreeWidget)
 * Enabled Drag from SharedFiles Dialog (mods to RemoteDirModel).
 * Enabled Drop in GeneralMsgDialog from Search/SharedFiles.
 * Updated Rs Interface (64 bits for filesize)
 * Other bits and bobs.
