Added macro to deprecate symbols usage in a crossplatform way.
Deprecated Request::mMethod and related stuff that make implementation
more complex without advantage.
Added /chat/{initiate_distant_chat, distant_chat_status,
close_distant_chat} to libresapi.
Solved subtle bug in ChatId::ChatId(std::string str) that caused zeroed
DistantChatPeerId being created.
Autologin is disabled by default at compile time, and a warning to
discourage it's usage is printed if it is enabled.
This will make default RetroShare build safer and reduce dependencies as
example we don't depends anymore on gnome keyring is not needed in default
build for linux anymore.
getifaddrs is not present on android and an alternative implementation
crashed, use QNetworkInterface::allAddresses() to retrieve local
addresses list instead

Test QML activity changed for a simplified version of drbob's rsqml-models.
It requests JSON documents from the libresapilocalserver and shows them raw.
Updated Android documentation.
Moved Android qmake section to the end of libretroshare.pro and openpgpsdk.pro
to avoid static linking errors.
The name UBUNTU is misleading since it is only used to select the keyring backend (which is gnome keyring on linux).
This also allows to support other keyrings on linux in the future (e.g. KDEs keyring)
Although it's already quite ugly that we overwrite QMAKE_CC like this,
hardcoding 'g++' can break the build where prefixed versions of
the toolchain are expected and where QMAKE_CXX is already properly
defined. So we just use QMAKE_CXX variable here.
This fixes build failures on some distributions, e.g.

by using retroshare.pri file like linux or windows,
fixing namespace for unordered_set,
fixing c++11 for ostream& operator<<,
checking if ntohll and htonll already defined.
- The advantage is that this method automatically includes additional
dependencies of LIBS (e.g. libupnp needs -lixml).
- Also if some distribution moves headers to non default locations the
correct locations get added by PKGCONFIG
the DHT and is not used to reject IPs yet (the DHT list is, even if DHT is desactivated).
Next steps: GUI with switch controls, exchange of IP ban lists between friends, handling IP ranges.

libretroshare compiles - but untested.
retroshare-gui needs GenCertDialog.ui and IdEditDialog.ui to be properly merged. (compile errors).
some plugins will be broken.
retroshare-nogui is untested.

- the notification system is now a service, p3Notify, that is a public RsNotify.
- RsNotify does nothing except providing a registration system for new notify clients.
- Clients should derive a notify client from the NotifyClient class and register it to rsNotify
- all registered clients get all notifications, so only derive the needed methods. This should allow
plugins to get notifications as well.
- updated the code to call RsServer::notify()->[notification method] from inside libretroshare
- pqiNotify has been removed.

Switched to the release version of pthread so the name of the dll changes from pthreadGC2d.dll to pthreadGC2.dll. The new dll can be found in the bin directory of MinGW.

Split the visState into seperate vs_disc and vs_dht for easier handling.
Split the heartbeat system into a separate service.

In preparation for making RS support IPv6.
NB: This breaks the build of retroshare-gui, as the
sockaddr_storage_xxx fns are only defined as prototypes for now.
All the aux libraries like udp / stun / tcponudp / dht have still to be converted.
These changes will probably break various things and need to be tested thoroughly.

- adds turtle router as a generic tunneling service

Moved ftServer as a subclass of RsTurtleClientService.
- moved file transfer items that inherited from RsTurtleGenericTunnelItem into a separate file
- moved deserialisation triage into ftServer
- moved sending/receiving methods in ftServer (much less code, much more consistent!)
One bug remains: the TR cannot work as a server.
Changes should be 100% backward compatible.

To achieve this I created second interface RsGxsIface which RsGxsGenExchange derives from, and RsGxsIfaceImpl (renamed RsGxsIfaceHelper) now takes an instance of this instead so these interfaces don't exposed the RsGenExchange and its underlying types.
The other stuff is simply definitions and type aliases required for the front-ends to work (RsGroupMeta, RsGroupId, etc) and I've moved gxs flags also.
This is a good idea as it seem much more clear what's available to a GXS service (apart from RsGenExchange public methods).
