5679a30e67 Improvement to plugin system: 
- made config page system more automatic, to allow addign config pages from plugins
- added (disabled) checkbox and function to allow all plugins for development
- added config page methods to RsPlugin class

2a82826fba Reworked settings dialog. 
The settings page loads the data with the first show. The dialog now starts faster.
Cleaned DirectoriesPage, removed the directory list and save the data with the OK button.

b8bd6bfdca Show the new setting for starting minimized on system start only for Windows. 
Cleaned some methods for accessing the settings.

- removed some dependencies between other header files
- removed many includes of <QtGui> and replaced it with only needed files

0c46da0dd2 Changed settings to local variable, no more as pointer on all classes. 
RshareSettings settings;
settings.value(...);

It should lower memory usage and removes memory leaks.

6b8f62d8f0 Added support for Auto-login 
- added checkbox in start dialog including warning (autologin not safe)
- added check box in gen setting to disable autologin on shutdown
