renamed Security page Profile. Disabled profile manager for now, since generating a new profile while RS is running corrupts the current session. More work is needed to make the profile manager usable which RS is running.

- made config page system more automatic, to allow addign config pages from plugins
- added (disabled) checkbox and function to allow all plugins for development
- added config page methods to RsPlugin class

Reworked settings dialog.
...
The settings page loads the data with the first show. The dialog now starts faster.
Cleaned DirectoriesPage, removed the directory list and save the data with the OK button.

Changed settings to local variable, no more as pointer on all classes.

RshareSettings settings;
settings.value(...);
It should lower memory usage and removes memory leaks.
