30d9671ca6 added setFlags method in Id combo box. Removed possibility to send anonymous distant messages (too risky). Improved the logic in message composer GUI. Fixed bug when key not available in message encryption/signing routine.

33abca82e5 - removed LinksCloud from plugins (based on obsolete cache system) 
- removed copy constructor of RsGenericId from std::string as it allowed many inconsistencies and double transforms of IDs from/to strings

a4f0221d89 Added in Icons to GxsIDs. 
Can support:
	- "Unique" Icon based of GxsID.
	- Icon indicating PGP/Anon.
	- Icons for RecognTags.

Needs more work to Make Unique Icons look good.
and Add Icon sets.

2ce92da8ad GUI modifications to incorporate RecognTags. 
- Enable EditDialog for own Ids.
	- Addition, parsing and removal of Tags in IdEditDialog.
	- Display of Tags (only text) in GxsId Label/Chooser/TreewidgetItem ..

TODO:
	- Add icon sets for RecognTags.
	- display of Tags as Icons.

f1e23599da Finished most of Comment GUI side. 
- Created GxsFeedItem to subclass all potential Gxs feeds.
 - Modified GxsChannelPostItem & PostedItem to use GxsFeedItem.
 - Added Posted and Channel Items to Comment Header.
 - Added Message Title to Comment Tab.
 - Added MessageBoxes for missing signatures in various places.
 - Changed Licence from GPL to LGPL for gxs, Posted, gxschannels.
 - Deleted Old Posted Classes that are no longer needed.
 - Added Comment Up/Down/Own Vote to CommentTree.
 - Tweaked FeedHolder fns to support GXS comments.

2d74a3012a Fixed a number of Wiki GUI bugs. 
- clear GxsIdChooser - so they don't accumulate.
 - Enable / Disable the New Page / Republish buttons.
 - Allow No Signatures for New Page / Republished pages.
 - clear Parent and Thread Id for new Page Submission.

c90d0d6abd Added Identity stuff into the GUI. 
- Generic Classes:
	- GxsIdChooser: gets a list of current OwnIds for user to select AuthorId.
	- GxsIdLabel: retrieves and displays Author Information.
	- GxsIdTreeWidgetItem: retrieves and displays Author Information, in specified column.
 - Added GxsIdChooser into GxsGroupDialog & CreateGxsForumMsg.
 - Added GxsIdTreeWidgetItem into Forum Thread listings.
