f488dbd15a Added new option for GxsForums and FeedReader - Open all forums/feeds in new tab. 
Option=on (standard)
- no standard tab
- new tab by single click
- no menu entry "Open in new tab"

Option=off:
- standard tab (not closeable)
- open in standard tab by single click
- menu entry "Open in new tab"
- open new tab with middle mouse button

069b72e0b2 Merged branch v0.5-gxs-b1 into trunk (from -r 5351 -> 5995) 
This brings a huge amount of goodness into the trunk,
but there is still a big chunk todo before it can be released.

 * GXS Backend.
 * GXS Services:
	- Identities.
	- Circles
	- Photos
	- Wiki
	- GxsForums
	- Posted.
 * SSH no-gui server.

See branch commits for more info.

To switch on GXS stuff, enable CONFIG += gxs
in both libretroshare.pro and retroshare-gui.pro

25de47c6f9 Added tabs to gxsforums. 
Moved the thread message part from GxsForumsDialog to GxsForumThreadWidget.
Added placeholder text to existing and new base classes to display for example "Loading".

a8d1d05405 Moved most of the hardcoded colors of lists and trees to the file qss.default (with help from braindead). 
Now the stylesheet can redefine these colors.

Added "Go to" from the news feed of forums and channels.
Added "Copy RetroShare Link" to the forum/channel tree and messagees.

ff57befb1f Added display menu in channels and forums to sort the group tree by name, popularity or last post. 
Removed unnecessary loop over the forum messages in ForumDetails.
Removed date and time when lastPost==0 in ForumDetails and ChannelDetails.
