c0738eec7f Merging branches/v0.6-initdev into trunk. 
These split at 6672 -> 7075, so quite a bit merge.
libretroshare compiles - but untested.
retroshare-gui needs GenCertDialog.ui and IdEditDialog.ui to be properly merged. (compile errors).
some plugins will be broken.
retroshare-nogui is untested.

6dbcc3e99b Code maintenance for Qt 5: 
- Added new options to retroshare-gui.pro for Qt 5
- Added new file QtVersion.h with macros to compile with Qt 4 and Qt 5
  - QHeaderView::setResizeMode -> QHeaderView::setSectionResizeMode
  - QHeaderView::setMovable -> QHeaderView::setSectionsMovable

120a27d9c7 - added RsCompress with memory compression methods based on ZLib (already linked) 
- added test code for RsCompress methods
- used compression to compress file lists so as to reduce bandwidth usage

6dbe3f3669 Added a tabwidget for the addresses info, to get more space, and the dialog looks little bit less. 
Some changes on Circle Dialog with icons and layout fixes.
Changed tray new message icon, to look or use same like from the Toaster.
Added context menu icons on MessagesDialog

7dbc17b2a4 Enabled distant messages. These need to be switched on the config->Messages. GUI improvements needs to be done, such as properly setting peers names everywhere, but the service works. Have fun using it!

3f86a707b7 Distant messages GUI code. Now the GUI can receive/send/decrypt distant messages. Since the protocols are not finalized, the GUI is disabled, to avoid later crashes

a8d1d05405 Moved most of the hardcoded colors of lists and trees to the file qss.default (with help from braindead). 
Now the stylesheet can redefine these colors.

b21e66241b Reworked notification code in system tray.

c331098203 Added new message flag for system messages like friend request. 
Show "RetroShare" as sender of system messages to myself.
Added new quick view in MessagesDialog to filter system messages.
Changed RetroShare link in friend request message to certificate.
Added new subject image for the system messages (defnax).
Removed not used notify in message service.
Recompile needed.

8d4a4db027 Changed the generation of the gpg key and location to utf8. 
The existing gpg keys and locations with umlauts are now shown wrong. The changes are not backward compatible.

cbb3b4587f Fixed reaction of the checkbox "web of trust". Now the list of unvalid gpg keys is shown or hide directly after the click. 
Fixed calculation of the unread messages in MessagesDialog. The starred messages was not counted as unread.
Set some tree widgets to allColumnsShowFocus.

7661f4486d Redesigned the MessagesDialog to open the message in a new tab or new window for reading. 
The MessageComposer is now only for writing a new message or editing a message from the draft box.
Added a new setting to the MessagePage.

187a64f8bd Fixed download all button in MessagesDialog. 
The button had only downloaded the current selected recommended file. The "download all" function was commented out.
