- Added update to RsDataService
- Added new table "DATABASE_RELEASE" to database
Advantages:
- Better performance because of the removed additional file access
- Transaction safety
- All groups and messages are stored in the database
Attention:
Please make a backup of your data folder before you try this version.
The first start of the application will update the database and can take a little bit longer. Once the database was converted the messages cannot be read by older versions of the application.

- GxsCircles was created twice, removed second.
- Modified Gxs DataLayer to always write AuthorId, modified retrieval to clear string if NULL.
This originally caused AuthorId to filled with GroupId.
- Fixed rsgxsnetservice to use mInternalCircle, rather than mCircleId.

These split at 6672 -> 7075, so quite a bit merge.
libretroshare compiles - but untested.
retroshare-gui needs GenCertDialog.ui and IdEditDialog.ui to be properly merged. (compile errors).
some plugins will be broken.
retroshare-nogui is untested.

- simply didn't open grp file in "out" mode on update
-made update a bit more sturdy is group not found on update
- prevent client can crash librs
- updated unit tests for grps and messages
- removed data base removal on db reset as cannot rekey db unfortunately (as passphrase (ssl) cannot be kept in the clear in mem)

can be enabled with #define GXS_CLEAN_UP, default message store period set
to 1 day, cleaned every 3 minutes. Does not comply fully with spec yet (does not use msg not delete flag)

Did not do check for msgs that already existed, msg is not checked if it exist this is deleted and error is sent to GUI for token
need to do same for groups!
Removed stack allocated msgs which cause crashes for large message items (bug defnax found)
Added function to retrieve group keys from GXS to RsGenExchange
First bits need for validation: Signing now consist of all msg data (msg + meta except msgId and signature)
