789b76f7b4 added a button to clear the IP address list. Also started to add diagnostic for TOR status. This is unfinished so it does not work yet.

45bd72203e Added TOR Configuration page. Allows STD Nodes to configure Proxy too. 
Moved most of hidden node parameters to this page.

fdb3673ce2 Add the tunneling connection. Warning, encryption is not implemented yet for tunnel connection, use only for testing. 
Redesign the udp connection
Remove the rsiface duplicates from retroshare-gui.
Add some randomness in timings for connect manager
