Now users can sort peers into groups in the friend list, and attribute flags and parent groups to the
directories in the share manager.
Flags are B-B-N, meaning in order:
- browsable for peers in the parent groups
- browsable for everyone
- network wide for everyone
Backward compatibility makes previously BN flags been interpreted as -BN, meaning browsable/network wide for everyone.
Be careful with this new feature. It has been tested, but it's a bit early to rely on it for highly sensitive data.
The merge also includes a significant improvement of the naming of flags with incompatible types
which should sort out some existing bugs as well, since inconsistencies in flag usage have been
found during the process.

- added type-safe flags in retroshare/rsflags.h. This should be used to make new flags types in order to prevent mixing flags up in function prototypes.
- group handling is left to rsPeers. We'll move it to rsCircles later.

-don't add friend sources count to anonymous count each time a result for the same file is received!, this could lead to enormously large sources numbers
-don't readd search in summary list if it was already removed by the user
-don't clear the filter when new search results are added
-when using the file name filter only show result from the current search, not also from previous searches
-fixed adding only file types which were searched for, for this I created a new hidden column in summary list to store the file type
-fixed sorting by file size/age, pad string with '0' instead of ' ' Search feature: a quirk I've found
-decrease gui hanging:
-when adding search results temporarily disable sorting
-only add 250 instead of 500 items in one go
-don't call selectSearchResults() for each item added to the result list; instead call hideOrShowSearchResult() which only sets the hidden status of the added item, not the complete list
-replace std::string with QString, removes unnecessary conversions

SearchDialog: enable search for strings containing utf8 characters, I assume that filenames are always stored as utf8 on all platforms
ConnectFriendWizard: adding friends with gpg key or from file, now sets location name correctly
notifyqt: setting status message in chatwindow works correctly now, when a friend changes his message while the chat window is open

Added flac and m4a to the audio extensions. Optimized "toUpper" on searching for the extension.
Convert the extension to lower case to find mixed cases too - mP3, AVi, ...

Added save and restore of the last used directories for the following types
- Extra files
- Certificates
- History
- Images
- Messages
- Blogs (not tested)
It is easy to change.
Added attach of multiple files at once in CreateForumMsg.
The RetroShare links of the added files in CreateForumMsg are added with new style and as anchor with size information.
Added translation to some file dialogs.
Removed (commented out) not needed methods in NetworkDialog.
Fixed handling of filenames with umlauts when adding extra files.

- Rework reply and forward message, now the replied or forwarded message gets the state and not the answer itself

All the relevant headers have been modified to reflect that change.
This allows installation of libretroshare on a system, headers will
be put in $WHEREVER/retroshare/ and we keep the ability to compile
against them, be it on the system or in the SVN tree.

reworked retroshare link handling
- added new type -> retroshare://person|<name>|<hash>
- added processing of links to RetroShareLink and RSLinkClipboard and removed all processing in anchorClicked of QTextBrowser
- fixed parseClipboard to handle all found links in clipboard
- disabled the processing of the clickable links (RetroShareLink::processUrl), because QUrl can't handle the RetroShare links properly
removed memory leaks of the QAction in some context menus
