d20ce41c96 - Removed all usages of the old windows icon (rstray3.png) and used the standard icon of the application

06ef59856f - Revert remove of forum settings 
- Added process of description in GxsGroupDialog (forum, wiki, channel, posted)
- Show forum description in GsxForumThreadWidget when no thread is selected

d65bdca1ec Improved GxsGroupDialog for Show / Edit of Groups. 
- Added Show/Edit Menu Options for all services.
 - Fixed up BUTTONBOX_OK bugs.
 - Tested name changes for all services.

3b71e8e140 Improvements to enable Edit/Show of GxsGroups. 
NB: The actual update doesn't happen yet - mainly just the display of info.
  - Fixed up Constructor, and loading of MetaData via TokenService.
  - Fixed up Enabled / ReadOnly for Show.
  - Updated children to match new functionality.
  - Fixed up Show in Circles Dialog too.
  - removed a few compile errors.

f1e23599da Finished most of Comment GUI side. 
- Created GxsFeedItem to subclass all potential Gxs feeds.
 - Modified GxsChannelPostItem & PostedItem to use GxsFeedItem.
 - Added Posted and Channel Items to Comment Header.
 - Added Message Title to Comment Tab.
 - Added MessageBoxes for missing signatures in various places.
 - Changed Licence from GPL to LGPL for gxs, Posted, gxschannels.
 - Deleted Old Posted Classes that are no longer needed.
 - Added Comment Up/Down/Own Vote to CommentTree.
 - Tweaked FeedHolder fns to support GXS comments.

799cf15555 Fixed crash in GxsGroupDialog in the second constructor. 
Changed mode on GxsGroupDialog to enum.
Added different header text for every mode in PostedGroupDialog, WikiGroupDialog and GxsForumGroupDialog.
Removed not needed files of GxsForums.

d8dc2a0420 publish key not generated for public groups anymore, added signature creation for publish and id keys (used in main line of code, correctly initialise ur gxs services) 
groupid assigned to group before service_CreateGroup now (to help with identity using pgp hashes)
fixed up dummy group creation for photo service and ui 
completed basic functions of GxsGroupDialog
